| 'Our client a medium sized organisation based in the Randstad area has a vacancy for an internet software support engineer. The main skills for role are, supporting customers and solving problems in internet software applications, customer service orientation · strong communication skills (also in the English language) · HBO data processing or relevant training and experience with: · Microsoft control systems, Internet - and network technology, databases and database management systems and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of incident management, ITIL, Bug alignment systems · knowledge of functional and technical tests of complex software. The successful candidate will be working as part of an support team and must be a good team player. |
