| Our client a young, dynamic and global company in the Randstad area is looking for an applications support analyst to perform the application support activities within assigned application groups. The role Involves the testing, implementation and support of new, enhanced and existing applications.
The ideal candidate will have the following levels of experience:
Degree on Information Technology or 2-4 years direct related experience
· 2+ years in multi-platform systems environment, WIN95, Web, Oracle, AS400 etc.
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and identify problems using SQL and Toad and user applications.
Ability to create and maintain trouble shooting guides and support documentation for the specific assigned applications.
Ability to interface between developers, project managers and vendors.
· Customer service skills.
· Interpersonal and teamwork aptitude
. Creative problem solving skills
· Reasonable fluency with written and spoken English required
. Professionalism, independence, passion and inspiration.
