| Our client requires and experienced applications trainer to join a sucessful mutlinational team. The corporate culture is young, open, dynamic and international. The ideal candidate will have the following skills, Education and experience:
Bachelor''s or HBO degree in Informatics or a related field or discipline or 2 to 4 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Teaching and facilitation skills
- Can Deliver classroom based training
- Coach trainees and other trainers
- Ability to prepare instructional aids and plans
- Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, and of a wide range of training methods, techniques and formats.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse community
- A can-do mentality.
