| This role would be ideal for someone who has experience in PR, most preferably gained in consultancy and is looking for their next career move.The successful candidate will have some experience of corporate and financial PR and knowledge of working with science-based companies.
The candidate will work closely with the other Directors and account managers implementing work across existing client accounts and new business.
The successful candidate can expect to be given considerable responsibility and will have access to clients up to board level. Excellent opportunity
to gain significant experience and knowledge through mentoring and on the job training. The role is varied and will involve elements of
Project management of both corporate communications, financial PR/IR, and design led projects in addition to Client liaison, Media and financial institution liaison,
Research, Copy-writing, Conference support, networking and proposal drafting.

The ideal candidate will possess the following Technical Skills
Knowledge of Biotech & Pharma Industries
Experience of regular (e.g. financial reporting), ad hoc (e.g. product announcements) and transaction-based (e.g. M&A, IPOs) financial communications - one year minimum experience and more years preferred
Experience in corporate communications including websites and printed materials
Strong communications skills
Excellent writing skills
Experienced in Microsoft packages
Appropriate media, analyst and VC contacts, and knowledge of how to reach and influence these
Understanding of financial markets, regulations for listed companies and funding stages of biotech companies
Networking skills
