| Established in 2000 business expansion and positive growth plans have opened up this exicting opportunity for an experienced branch manager to join a privately owned company within the health care recruitment sector. Positioned between the consultants and the client you will be responsible for attending on site client meetings and negotiating terms of business, PSL and contractual requirements. The role will also involve managing a new health care branch and recruiting and building a team of consultants within the health care recruitment sector. Your extensive client development experience and self-managing approach will allow you to utilise this position to make a real difference within the business. You''''ll need 5 years health care recruitment and sales management experience. You''''ll be educated, confident, articulate, presentable with the ability to develop new business and motivate and coach consultants.
