Superiority complex or know-it-all attitude, allow time to listen to interviewer and don't interrupt.

Lack of confidence - nervousness, try some deep breathing and relaxation to overcome this.

Inability to express thought clearly - poor poise, diction or grammar. Practice your answers and tone of voice beforehand.

Lack of interest and enthusiasm - passive or indifferent. Try to look and act interested and enthusiastic.

Lack of tact - maturity - courtesy. Be polite at all times, It costs nothing to be sociable.

Condemnation of past employers. Avoid at all costs, give tactful answers on reasons for leaving.

Lack of preparation for the interview - failure to get information about the company resulting in an inability to ask intelligent questions.
